All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our
site are for the sole purpose
of giving an approximate description of the goods. All prices are shown
in UK Pounds Sterling
(GBP). We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account
of any taxes or duties,
or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is
wrong. We will inform you of
the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All
prices on our website are
inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable
as indicated at the time

Typographical
Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical

information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders listed at the

the value of the incorrect

Payment
Methods
Chinesegallery.com , via WorldPay plc, accept all major credit and debit
cards including Visa, Mastercard
and Switch. Your credit or debit card details are entered into a fully
secure area managed by
WorldPay. On the View Cart/Checkout page, you must provide us with your
exact billing
address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for
you. Incorrect
information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will
only be processed once
authorisation of your credit card has been received. Your order will be
confirmed immediately via
email from WorldPay.
If you
wish to pay by credit or debit card but don't wish to use our online secure
payment facility,
you can print out the View Cart/Checkout page, then add your card details
and fax or post it to us.
You may
also pay by cheque, postal order or international money order in UK Pound
Sterling (£)
drawn on a UK bank, although we cannot despatch the goods until payment
has been cleared.
Simply print out the View Cart/Checkout page, then post it to us along
with your cheque, postal
order or international money order for the total amount.

Availability
of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn
at any time. If an
item you ordered is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If we
do not supply the goods for
any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money
already paid for them.
However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other
losses you may suffer if
we do not supply the goods.

Delivery
Charges
We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce Standard delivery for UK orders.
It normally takes 2 to 3 days. This is the
time it takes Parcelforce to deliver the goods to you after they are collected
from us; not from
the time you order. Far flung areas may take longer. We also deliver internationally.
Delivery
charge quoted is for purchase(s) up to 1Kg in weight in total. We reserve
the right to make an
additional charge if that cost is excessive.

Cancellations
and Returns
Before Despatch: The placement of an order confirms your acceptance
that we have up to 7 days, unless otherwise agreed, to despatch your goods
from cleared payment. If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch
of your order, we reserve the right to charge 4.5% to cover the administration
and credit card charges by credit card company. For delays of more than
14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund
any money paid by you for the goods. After Despatch:.If you wish
to cancel your order, please email us first at info@chinesegallery.com
within 14 days of despatch the goods. Personlised products: we
do not accept cancellation of personlised products. Personalised products
specifically include commissioned paintings, calligraphy and personlised
fans and lanterns. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation from
us that your
cancellation email was received. If you wish to return any goods, please
likewise email us first for
authorisation. You have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Goods
that are sent back without
authorisation from us may be refused. Returns for any reason other than
our error, Post Office
damage or if goods do not meet the sales of goods act are discretionary.
Discretionary returns
are subject to a 25%of the total price to cover re-stocking, p&p,
credit card and administrative costs.

Time
Limitation for Notification of Claim

goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on
the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to inform us within 2 days from delivery. |

is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages
as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages
must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery. |
| In-Correct
Goods |

is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied
within 2 days from delivery. |
| Non-Deliveries |
We
will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are
notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. |
