Plain silk fans that can be
opened and closed with one hand. Silk is hand cut and pasted on
to bamboo structure with a hinge at bottom giving a smooth movement
and a snapping sound when flipped to open and shut. Fabric may show
fray at edges and is therefore sold at reduced price of £4.00
